We at Up and Away stand behind our outerwear. We will replace any defective jacket.

Up and Away recommends doubling the wholesale price or using a 2.25x multiplier to cover shipping costs. Some accounts are able to charge more.

Up and Away sells Americana- and Canadian-themed novelty jackets. They look great, are durable, and are loved by kids, parents, grandparents, and friends.

We have many accounts around the globe. We are grateful to the many close relationships that have been built with our retailers over the years, and respect their privacy.

Up and Away does not have an official guarantee. Each jacket's lifespan is solely based on the customer’s usage and care. The majority of accounts have customers who wear our jackets year after year.

All major credit cards are accepted. For international orders, wire transfers are preferred.

Shipping costs vary and are determined by box size, weight, and zip code.

Up and Away usually processes and ships orders the same day or next day. We use FedEx Ground for most domestic shipments. International orders take a little longer to process.

Yes. We can process shipments when you need them! Reach out to us about scheduling your order days, weeks or months ahead of time.

If requested, domestic air transportation shipments are possible instead of ground. This typically increases freight costs significantly.

Up and Away ships orders all around the world. FedEx, UPS, DHL, and the U.S. Postal Service are generally used depending on the quantity of jackets ordered. Shipment estimates are provided in advance.
