WHOLESALE FAQ

Thank you for your interest in our jackets! We hope you love them as much as we do! Below are the answers to our most common questions.

 

GENERAL QUESTIONS

What are your minimums?
Six pieces per order, 2/2/2 in a single size range, of a single style (i.e. two 2T, two 3T, two 4T).  

Do you have volume price breaks?
No. However, please note that we have not raised our prices in over thirteen years.

Do you sell direct to consumers?
Not at this time. However, Up and Away works with an online company, J is for Jacket, which carries every one of our styles in all sizes.

What if I have an issue once I have inspected the product?
We at Up and Away stand behind our outerwear.  We will replace any defective jacket.

What kind of retail price range should I expect to charge?
Up and Away recommends doubling the wholesale price or using a 2.25x multiplier to cover shipping costs.  Some accounts are able to charge more.

What is unique about your product?
Up and Away sells Americana- and Canadian-themed novelty jackets.  They look great, are durable, and are loved by kids, parents, grandparents, and friends.

Who do you sell to currently?
We have many accounts around the globe. We are grateful to the many close relationships that have been built with our retailers over the years, and respect their privacy. 

How long does your product last?
Up and Away does not have an official guarantee.  Each jacket's lifespan is solely based on the customer’s usage and care.  The majority of accounts have customers who wear our jackets year after year.  

What types of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted.  For international orders, wire transfers are preferred.

 

SHIPPING:

How much is shipping per order?
Shipping costs vary and are determined by box size, weight, and zip code. 

How long does it take to process an order? 
Up and Away usually processes and ships orders the same day or next day. We use UPS Ground for most domestic shipments.  International orders take a little longer to process. 

Can shipments be scheduled in advance?
Yes. We can process shipments when you need them!  Reach out to us about scheduling your order days, weeks or months ahead of time.  

Do you offer rush shipping? 
If requested, domestic air transportation shipments are possible instead of ground. This typically comes with significant extra costs.

What about international shipping?
Up and Away ships orders all around the world.  DB Schenker, DHL, or the U.S. Postal Service is generally used depending on the quantity of jackets ordered.  Shipment estimates are provided in advance.
